Just saw your message, sorry for the delay. The majority of my organ meat goes to a few guys I know that don't hunt and love organ meat like the heart, liver and lungs. If for some reason they don't want it this year I'll be sure to save it and keep you in mind. I'd rather not have any of my animals go to waste so when the season rolls around, shoot me another message to remind me. Thanks
