You used quick spin vanes with a straight fletching jig? Doesn't the name imply those are for a helical fletching jig?

Doubt it matters much as they are likely all the same, quick spin just a brand name?

So your arrows do not spin in flight right? Fly a little faster now?

I always wanted to fletch my own arrows, just been easier buying new ones or repairing a loose one with super glue. You know how it goes, carefully shaving a vane off a bent arrow and super glue it in place on a good arrow with a bad or missing vane!

You were right shot two of my arrows with hunting broad heads and both hit in the same place.I used 4"Quick spin vanes and man do they fly.Thanks again.
