i am contacting you in the hope you can help me with a problem i have my diamond marquis
i purchased it on a trip t oflorida in oct 08 and have put about 200 arrows and have noticed that the soft touch coating is wearing off quickly near the grip area of the bow
now if the bow was a couple of years old or i had shoot thousands of arrows from it i wouldnt be worried but i have not been able to use it much due to our club course being closed so it is rather annoying on a still new bow
i have contacted my local dealer here in england but he says i need to take it back to the usa which is not the easiest thing to do i have also contacted diamond by email nearly two weeks ago and have still not received a reply
i have posted a picture of the wear in the bowhunting section to get some input
i hope yo uca nhelp oe point me in the best direction to get this sorted so far im not impressed with the customer relations of diamond even thoughtthis was one of my reasons for purchase
