hunting lease with cabin
 

I have a 44 acre piece of ground located in Morgan county IL with a cabin that sleeps 6 up for lease for the 2017 hunting season. There is a stocked pond on the property and a creek that runs through it. mostly hardwood timber with a 10 acre clover field on upper ground. Cabin has LP generator for electric , LP heated, full bath with shower and a kitchen. food plot locations and road system throughout the property.
