I live in ks have ground next to me for sale , please help save me from bad neighbors!!! this is a great place would love to take care of it for some responsible neighbors!!! Deer, turkey, waterfowl, & quail !!! Last two neighbors were slobs ,please help a honest, ethical, hard working rancher manager out !!!Alfalfa, crop ground, creek, bedding areas ,2 ponds !!! Im a ranch manager of 7000 acres there is some ground next to me for sale I'm looking for some ethical hunters that would like there own place !!! its hard to find someone to watch over the ground , fill feeders ,run camera's, plant crops !!! I would like to do that for you !!!In return I would rent crop ground ,rent pasture at a fair ,honest rate, set the place up for you !!! you buy it I will work it!!! It benefits me, to take care of it !!! Than to have poor neighbors that tear it up ,trespass, overkill the deer and rent the ground out to other people who run it in the ground !!! Im not giving any info out before we talk !!! tired of getting stabbed in the back!!!

That makes more sense. Acres and price or at least approximate size and price and what crops can be grown or amount of grazing (i.e. how many pairs of cattle, etc.) would help. For instance, you manage 7,000 acres but the parcel next to you might only be 10 or 20 acres or at least much smaller than 7K acres. Not saying that's the case but you'd likely get more interest and/or inquiries with a few more details if you're comfortable providing that information.
