Hi Bill,
Thanks for the inquiry. The property is in Herkimer County. About 10 miles from the NYS Thruway. The cabin is very private set back in the woods. Not so far in that you have to hike, the driveway leads to the cabin. The woodstove provides more than enough heat. I've been there in 5 degree weather and opened the window to cool off a little. The cabin is insulated extremely well.
