Needing a couple or few easy to get along with guys to join my lease. Id prefer out of staters, its always fun setting people up on large whitetails who live somewhere you dont see many trophy bucks. This is an 800 acre less loaded with nice bucks. A 189" buck killed last year a few acres over. I have a picture posted of it below. I also posted a pic of what you should expect more. A deer that large is extremely a lucky day on land that isnt fenced in or has 10000 acres managed. There are alot of 140-150" bucks and a 130" buck should close to a guarentee if you are able to hunt a few times and believe in the importance of wind direction.
This lease will be around $1500 a person, or $1300 if theres 3 of you. Id prefer to have 4 people in it or 6 max (Counting me and a friend.) Not a fan of having a ton of pressure on the deer. Ill do all the scouting for you, just let me know when you can make it and Ill run the cuddebacks and put you in the best place I can find for you.
