I have a 3500 acre personal deer lease in Beaver county Oklahoma that i would like to lease out the quail rights from now till the end of bird season, Feb 15th, 2011 to help with expenses. Half the ground is quality quail habitat with 15 plus coveys & a few pheasant. 12 time corn feeders & 2 large cow type gravity feeders with water minds mills are spread across the lease with oil field access roads.
