Elk, Deer, Turkey
I have a ranch in SE Colorado, 2000 acres along the Cimarron River, 2800 acres north of river, all contiguous. This ranch lays up against 110,000 acres of national grassland in Kansas. We have elk, whitetail and mule deer, rio and merium turkey, antelope, pheasant, bobwhite and scale quail, cottontail and jack rabbits, prairie dogs, migratory birds and others. Lot of income potential, minerals, 1100 acres of water rights for irrigation, cattle ranch, gravel pit being applied for. A great income and hunting potential.
