Kentucky hunting lease
I have two limited entry leases available, one 311 acre lease and one 1200 acre lease. The 1200 acre lease can be leased annually or on a co-op level up to 4 hunters. It would be long term, a 3 year lease with one lump sum payment as a co-op. The lease as a co-op is 4 people, 24,000.00. Broke down... 6000.00 a person for three years. Can negotiate longer. Thats only 2000.00 dollars a year for three years ( 4 hunters ) with first option on the fourth. 20.00 per acre over 3 years is 6.66 per acre. Contract will state that after the first year the hunters have the option to withdraw from the lease and 16000.00 is returned. The second and third years there will be a return of 3% on the lease. This is set up for serious inquiries only and long term. We are looking for only serious QDM minded. Lease is limited entry and does not include Rifle season.
