This sounds more like hunting trips or guided hunts than it does a lease. Out east we lease for the year vice a 10 day period as you said in your post.
well alex i did try to lease the ground there were no takers thats why i was selling hunts!!!when i posted in nov. we only had 20 days till rifle season ! i dobted anyone would have time to to go threw the bull**** of most leasors, also 12 days is are firearms deer season you also have to draw a tag for non residents the drawing was in april !!! so i was working with a slim crowd !!!there are 19 days after firearms season !!! i doubt anybody in there right mind wanted to lease ground for 28 days!!! when your a ranch manger you have to do whats best for the ranch !!! most outfitters want to take you on a 5 or 6 day hunt then push u in to shooting deer you wouldnt normally shoot!!! thats why iam giving twice the time for same money!!! thank you for your concern,but i can take my business !!!
