O.k guys lets try this.We can divide this property to maybe make things more affordable.Or try and get more members for the whole thing.We can divide it into a 540 acre tract,which we can do 10 members @ $540 ea. and a 304 acre tract with 8 members @ $380 ea.Or we can get 18 members for the whole 844 acres @ $469 ea.I don't know if the 12 member @ $705 ea. is what's holding folks off or what.But this is a great piece of property.I hate to see it slip by us.There's big deer and hogs,as well as turkey and ducks.Give me a call for more info at 478-231-4138.Thanks

I'm hearing of a number of good tracts of hunting lease land being available. The timber companies, and some individuals, have the price higher than most of the common people can shell out for a hunting lease. In south Bama it is hard to find land for less than $10 an acre and a lot of it is well over $20 an acre.
