Default Complete Deer Cooler Set Up

This is the perfect set up for processing your own deer, beef, pork or even start your own processing business. All stainless steel and galvanized set up, no wood to hold bacteria. All Hobart commercial grade equipment, best in the market. All in great condition. I was in the meat industry for 27 years and had this set up at home to process for my family and friends. Would be a heck of a set up for a great deer camp! Average cost of deer processing is $80 per deer and more for all cube or grind. The right location would pay this equipment off in the first three weeks of deer season.
All equipment single phase.
* 10' x 14" (Brown) walk in cooler / hinged locked panels (outdoor roof)
* two 1 1/2 hp (Copeland) compressors 220V designed to hold temperature with one compressor running, this saves on utilities
* (Bohn) twin coils
*Model #403 (Hobart) Cuber
*Model #4822 (Hobart) Grinder
*Model #5212 (Hobart) Meat Saw
*Stainless steel tables 8' and 4'
*8' stainless steel butcher block cutting table with tray rack
* Stainless wrapping station for freezer film
*20gal. hot water heater
*sink
*10' deer hanging rack with hanging hooks
Have all electrical outlets - lights - flex - wiring - etc...
Cooler and equipment is set up and you can inspect it while it runs.
It will be buyers responsibility to disassemble and move.
Cooler breaks down in panels. I have the tool for this.
This is easily a $25,000 set up with all hook up material included. Will sell for $12,000.
This is truly a commercial grade set up.
