Slingbow advice needed

my slingbow works grate and with the 40lbs band it very power full .it has a spot for the arrow and takes a archers release and all my arrows last a long time if you hit the target. hear is a video of me shooting with 20lbs bands 40 lbs are way 2 strong to shoot in my back yard .http://youtu.be/pa_PbyWUZ4Q
