I used to make the stainless steel appliances for a surgeon that did hip replacements. "rip" is a pretty accurate description.

Ouch, ouch, ouch. I am still barely walking about 7 weeks after what was supposed to be a three-day recovery from arthroscopic knee surgery. Got infected and nearly put me in a coffin. Hope your doctor and crew know how to wash his hands and sterilize instruments. Now they tell me that when I get this thing healed up enough, now I need a replacement. Not happy...
