Rice Lake

After me and my buddy looked at what was left of our duck blind over the weekend, we went to Rice Lake for some bowfishing.We only had a couple hours till dark but were in the mood to hurt something after seeing that "blind".Well the hurtin' went well.We ended up with 16 bigheads.They seemed to be cruising in and out of the brush.Hope were that happy after the blind is done.

Any size to the bigheads?

15# or so .Nice ones. Had 1 20# I also shot my first Rice Lake gar.

thanks for the report. My son and I have logged many hours on Rice lake this spring and summer. Each trip seems to differ on species, size and location of the fish.However, We usually have lots of action. Glad to here you had a good time.
