Dang. Nice fish. I love eating that size grassie. Perfect size for the table. Bigger and they get a bit strange, but I have not had an opportunity at many bigger fish.

Getting to where I don't like to clean grassies though - those big scales are a pain in the tokus. Silvers go quicker.

I prefer cleaning grassies. Got a way so that the scales are not an issue. And the fillet comes off easier with a lot more rib meat. Very good eating.
