Phil, we're scheduled for 11 am to noon at Coles Creek. After that I'll be frying fish.

Then we'll probably go back down to the spillway.

I'm supposed to clean the fish at 10:30 am... So you're going to need to shoot fast.

Then the bowfishing class is at 11am so I don't think I'll be cleaning a lot of fish in that half hour. I'm hoping to have a bunch done before that 10am. I'll be busy!

Call us when you get there.

As many big heads as we have been shooting, I'm thinking you and Kendall will have all you need by the end of today. I'd love to come down today, but my family is not here yet and I do not expect them until this evening. Aim low and shoot straight.

Below the dam on Carlyle lake. Between two boats, mine and Snuffy. shot 68 fish in total. from big heads, silvers, long and short nose gar, buffalo, common and grass carp. Largest big head was only 18 pounds and change. Most between 10 & the 18 pounds. Not up in heavy numbers but enough to keep interest up..

I don't have pictures from the Youth Camp. (too busy to take pictures) There were 47 kids there. A few adults shot too.
When I get some pictures from the director, I'll get them posted.

A huge thanks to Phil, John and Kendall for your help!

I cut up 9 bigheads for the lunch. The fried carp wings went pretty fast.
I was happy to see people go up for second and third helpings.

Bowfishing pictures from the spillway:

Lunch in the rough!

We always get at least one fish with 'body jewelry'.

On Saturday, Phil went with Kendall. I went with John.

(I have no idea what K is doing!)

Troll faster... I think I hear banjos along with the hum of the fan.

John proves he can hit more than just small fish.

The Danville Crew's haul.

Bowfishing and mechanical troubles.. how they seem to go hand in hand.

At least Snuffy is still smiling.
