Talked to Jackie Taylor this afternoon. SHe is the Assistant operations manager at lake carlyle. She said that a news release was sent out, signs have been changed and they are open for bow fishing tomorrow. She did as if any one wants to take pictures of their fish to email them to her at.:
jackie.taylor@usace.army.mil She is all excited to get this working for us. Also i asked bout water conditions. She said that they are only releasing 2,600 feet per minute right now and that is low. Where 10,000 would be on the high side. She was not sure about water clarity, but you do not have to see too far down when they come up to the surface. GO GET EM.
