Default Smashed the bigheads and silvers

We went out today......... a little discouraged at first. We didnt see much in the am but we picked a different spot at noon and the arrows started to fly. My friend Jason missed the Ill Bowfishers state recored silver by 6 ounces. The silver he shot was 22lbs 2 ounces. He also shot a 27lb bighead. We got in to them hard and plan on going again tomorrow and friday.I think he is interested in sending those 2 apps in for big fish citations. How does he go about that? just fill the paper work out and send it in with the pics? Here are the pics.

29 fish altogether.25 Bigheads and 4 Silvers.

That's the way! Looks like fun, for sure. I'm finally getting the boat out of mothballs this weekend. Got some work to do on her, but hope to float next weekend.

Slim, just funnin with you..actually, we live in a town that the mississippi runs thru, and the best way to shoot them is find someplace flooded, and when the flooded area drains back out into the river, look for them there. Thats what we do, drive along the river areas, and look for them. So, no one "special spot", just where ever they are. Easy for us to do, we can leave the house, and in less than 5-10 minutes, be at the river.

Carptracker.... you dont need the boat for these. Got all these from the bank. 15-20 foot shot max. But we could have done better if we took our boat with us.
