Well first you need to be a member of the BAA. Then you need to go to as many sanctioned shoots as you can and turn in as many citation fish as you can.
bill done it by shooting lots of citation fish. after every night we would weigh and measure every fish. it was a lot of work for us but i knew he wanted it bad.
