points system?

i have a propasal for team and shooter of the year. may not get them both typed out before my lunch hour is over though.
shooter of the year
10 pts for every shoot you attend
50 points for placing at a shoot- 50pts 1st 40pts 2nd...10 pts 5th
20 pts for big fish at a tourney
10 pts for any citation fish
50 pts for a new state record
trophy at the end of the year for 1st and 2nd

team of the year
each team gets placing points
30pts 1st, 29pts 2nd, 28pts3rd.....1 pt 30th
1st at a tourney 15 extra points
2nd at a tourney 10 extra points
3rd '" " "" "" " 5pts
big fish 10 pts
small fish 5pts
bounty fish 10 pts ( will have a drawing for a odd fish at each shoot..ie bowfin, grassie...)
for the team that work the sign in 5pts
for the team that weighs/counts 5pts
cant work more than 2 times in a year unless nobody wants to step forward to do it.
this is to make it easy to get points if ya know you wont win and give everybody a chance to leave at normal time some of the time
you can have 1 substitute shooter for the year
we will take your top 4 out of 5 tourneys and add them. this will help if ya cant make a shoot or have a bad day. maybee just 3 out of 5??
