There is a good chance I might be taking my son-in-law from california down to Ky next week. Has any body been down there and how is the water level? Do not want to take a long drive and just a boat ride. Been doing enough of that lately around here. Any thoughts would be a help... johnny b

we were down there a fews weeks ago when i bought my boat, we flat wore the Bigheads out . The water level on the river will vary 3-7 ft throught the day and night, ya never know about it. The level doesn't seem to bother them too much, ( in my opinion ) however the weather will a little bit ..... Luke and i shot in the rain and wind at night a did finebut it was pretty tough
