Default Carp Chops

How to clean Asian (Silvers, Bigheads)Carp brochure. http://www.illinoisbowfishers.com/asiancarpchops.pdf

Great pictorial by Gary Allen, Casey Allen, Paige Allen and Joe Kessler.

This method uses the meaty rib chops. If you've got a big pile of bigheads or silvers, this is a great way to clean them.

Curt told me he printed up a thousand of the pamplets. It's kind of funny because I sent him that same pdf file so he'd print it out for us. You're going to be famous.

I'm bringing a mess of black carp using carptracker's bone-in method to fry up after the fair. The grass carp I brought went fast last year. the black carp I don't like as much, but still good.

Those darn black carp were just too big. I'm feeling bad about giving them to you, after I tried one myself. The small black carp are great - not much difference from grass carp. I'm eating ceviche de carpa herbivora (grass carp ceviche) tonight. YUM!

hey, everyone loved them at the fry a couple weeks ago. Just that I'm used to grassies and silvers.
