I wish there was more good stuff to tell but the weather Gods weren't on our side this trip. Saturday evening was quite cold, the water is still a little high but not bad at all. A slight breeze most of the night kept us from doing our stealth thing. We mangaged 20, acouple nice hogshortnose, a 24 lb buff, and several bigheads with the largest at 39-40 lbs, it broke my scale. We got alate start but still some OK action. The biggies were definitely not up in numbers. Sunday evening was ugly. Didn't rain all day until we headed out. Rained on us off and on but nothing heavy and really wasn't a factor. What really screwed us up was a strong 25 mph wind from the north. We had to take refuge near any cut out and couldn't fish the middle and the biggies were almost non-existant. Shot 5 and came off shortly after midnight.I hadgreat company thoughwhich made it all worth while and it was just wonderfulgetting to hear that drag sing, it just didn't happen enough.Oh and someone ask Uncle Dave about his new shortcut from KY to Danville, ILby way of Terre Haute, IN NOT!

I would post a photo except for this cr_p:
