I copied this from Bob's post on Silo.

[/align]WHEN:
OK, here we go. A shoot on the Kaskaskia May 31, 2008 7:00 am - noonish
WHERE:
We will launch out of Becks Landing (1 mile past the entrance to Baldwin Lake) This will allow bigger boats to go out on the river if they wish, small boats and canoes can stay in the slough, and there is some opportunities to shoot from the bank if that is your thing.
WHO:
This will be a fairly informal shoot, with opportunities for those who may just want to try it to come out and shoot some fish, and diehards to have fun too.
We will have a big fish pot if you want to get in on that.
There are plenty of gar, silver (the jumpers), bighead, and commons to whack with the occasional grinnel/dogfish too.
Afterwards we can all go someplace for a beer/lunch like we did for last years bass outing.
I probably forgot some stuff, but we'll get it ironed out. I'm open to suggestions here as well.
Thanks to Christine for helping out.
