Pheasants
Well Ole Snuffy and I got invited to go up and do some pheasant hunting with Jake and his dad. If you remember Jake is the bowfishing ringer who has only been to two tournaments and placed in both. Well we managed to get 3 birds and one rabbit. Was my first time bird hunting since leaving Illinois back in 1980. Was Snuffy's first time ever hunting wild birds. He has shot some a perserves. Other than being beat was a blast. After hunting the first place we went back to Jakes parents place and his mom had breakfast ready for us. She had hash brown, sausage gravy and biscuits and the always favorate donuts. Talk about the royal treatment. Jumpes a coyote too almost got some lead in his butt.
