Default coyote

Woke up this morning to a coyote snooping around in my back field. I normally just open the window and wack them. This one managed to keep the trees between him and me. So the nerve of him, i had to get dressed how be it only slippers, sweat pants, and sweat shirt. I was able to slip out the front door down the hill to the edge of the field. Took a sitting position and dropped him at 200 yds. Was the first coyote that I have seen this year. I was going out deer hunting but the warm sheets won out this morning. I was feeling gulity not getting up, but now am pretty happy with the results..Christine could U post the picture for me...thanks.

Gotta love shooting coyotes while you're still in your slippers!

Congrats, nice looking yodel dog.

Sweet shot.

Ifyou ever get an extra pelt you don't want, give me a call.

Carpsniper, Have you not noticed I just do not take a good picture. If I am holding a fish, i always have this strained look on my face. GO figure.

Johnny B, I was wondering when I would start seeing dead dogs - nice shooting!

I will be shooting pheasants the day after Christmas; pictures to follow.

LOL No I hadn't noticed that. Maybe I was always looking at the fish, deer, coyotes, etc. Ha ha

We gotta talk about .270 loads though. I would like to get mine to the point of being a tack driver.
