Default Just wondering if anyone had old bowfishing reels

I wana try bowfishing but i dnt know wat reels and such to use , and was wondering if anyone had old reels to sort of donate

Keith, Sorry there is no such thing as an old reel. If you are using zebo' reels, we shoot them until they break or get old. Then send them back and they send you a new reel. I have re-cycled several this year already. I even sent back a new one that the pin broke and they sent me two new one's. Sorry, go to some garage sales.

Unfortunately, we don't have any old functional reels either. I use the retriever so I'm on my second one, but the first one is going to be sent back in to be fixed.

If you don't mind the slow hand wrap reels, you can usually buy the 'kit' (arrow, drum hand wrap reel and line) for around $20.00.

Check eBay; they're practically giving the drum reels away.
