Default some gar carnage

went out for a couple hours on the des plains today. we ended up with 17 including a nice gar. my dad also shot a double but the second fish was deformed. i have some pictures because i figured you might like to see them. we ventured to some newer areas we have never shot and we slayed a few. very shallow in some spots, hit a few rocks, and a large stump. i even bagged a nice milk crate and a jug to go along with it. just a very interesting trip.

i just destroyed his head at about 20 yards. the picture of the carp would not load but i will keep trying.

Are you using explosive arrows?

Mark S and I went out over the weekend and also shot a deformed carp.
It had no eyes, just small depressions where they should have been.
Kinda creepy.

your welcome. the carp that my dad shot was deformed in the tail. it kinda looked like a cork screw. i still can not get the picture up, but i will. hopefully going to get out again this weekend but the way the weather is looking it may be a little high and dirty but we'll see. just want to shoot some more gar. going to bring the video camera and try to get some kills on film.

William

if you think that is bad, then you should see what my buddy did to a coyote a couple weeks back. he shot it in the head with an AR-15 chambered in .308. he was just about 30 yards. and well lets just say he no longer had to worry about his hair do. i am trying to find the picture.
