Zebco 808 bowfisher

The day befor the state shoot last month I broke down and bought a new 808 bowfisher model reel just for the shoot. Well on the 8th fish that I shot the Plastic arm that holds one of the pins broke on the very first day that I used it. So on Monday after the tournament I sent it back in to Zebco with a note stating how disappointed I was with their product. I was nice but mater of fact about it. Well to my suprise this week I received back two brand new 808 bowfisher reels. So I guess even if it does not hold up like we would like, they do stand behind it. So now Chezhead has a new reel also.

Glad you got good service from Zebco. Maybe I should contact them. My 808 Bowfisher blew up completely. Insides are completely scrambled.

Carpsniper, Put it in a box and send it to them. They will fix it or give you a new one. Zebco, Po.Box 270, Customer Service, Tulsa OK 74101-0270 I have sent them at least 5 reels this year and they gave me new ones every time.
