u.s. fish and wildlife service is currently draining 1300 acres of swan lake. the water is dropping fast and is loaded with buffalo and bigheads. if anyone out there wants to shoot for bigheads and can make the drive to calhoun this is the time and the place. dont know if it will still be shootable by the weekend or not. my crew is thinking about going again on wend. night. open call to all fellow bowfisher "persons". real soon the fish will be stacked in the stoplog chute like cordwood. just wish i could take a few day's off work.

yes, i was cleaning fish till 3:00 am. john mabrey from the us fish and wildlife service was there and nice enough to take some digital pic's for us. i will post them later this evening, i'm still cleaning up. fish fry anyone?
