how long in inchesis the illinois record long nose gar? im just curious.

who has to see the fish for it to be a state record? like a cpo or who?

For a BAA State record you just need two witnesses and one can be yourself. A picture of the fish and scale with weight, picture of length & Girth. Does not have to be Certified scale for state record. Has to be certified for World record.
