Default New Years Regatta

I got a call from Mike and Drew the other day. They're working on the new boat, trying to get it ready for New Years day.

Now That's hard core!!!

So how about it. Anyoneone else up for a New Years Eve/day regatta? One last chance to add to the '06 fish count and start the '07 off with a bang. (Or a BRRRRRRR!)

Ido know of some hard core folks who have been fishing in December and January...

I'd love to, but I'm hosting a party at my place for 20 people.
Can't cancel that one.

Sounds tempting but I will be drinking beer on New Year's Eve; I will be spending New Year's dayon the couch.

Hang out with the in-laws or hang with us out-laws. You're probably making the wiser choice. I'll keep your number handy in case we need bail. (kidding, kidding!)
Did I mention we're building flaming arrows?

Fishpoint,we won't be drinking but you have fun and remember to stay hydrated.

It would be interesting to see if we can drive through any roadblocks. Pulling the boat, armed with bows and smelling faintly of carp slime...... I wonder what kind of response we'd get?

I guess I will keep that number handy.

Well Dina told me today that she wants to hunt with me for New Years Eve. I just hope I get a deer right at the end of shooting light so she can help me track it, dress it and drag it back to the car, all in the dark. She's afraid of the dark. I think it would be fun.

What time are you guyswanting to get together? I should be done shortly after dark, so it is possible we could meet you somewhere maybe.

Last time I shot a flaming arrow out of my compound, it didn't end too well. All the flaming-stuff stayed right in the end of my bow as the arrow shot out from under it. I screamed like a 10 year old girl with a mouse in her shirt.

You can't have too many bows.
