Default Kansas Hunting Property w/ Food and Lodging

Woodland Guides

we have just leased a new property in kansas and are looking for hunters to fill a couple spots to hunt it. the property is by far the best property that we now hunt due to its location and its terrain features. it is located close to 5000 acres of prime deer habitat that no hunting is allowed, another neighbor own's over 5000 acres that has only 10 rifle hunters. our property is located in the middle of these other properties and cuts off the majority of the rutting bucks in the area. with the location and natural funneling valleys, the property will work very well in all seasons.

the property is 75-80% thick bedding in the hills with the funnel spots in the open. the property blocks 2 very large valleys and thick bedding from the crop fields as well as forcing most of the rutting bucks in the area to cross the property.

we will have trail cam photos on the property later this month.

our guide service produced 100% success last year in november for shots on 140 or better with only one killed over 130, the rest of the bucks shot ranged in size from 140 to 200". our september, october and december hunting had 3 out of 8 hunters that did not have a valid chance at a 140 or better deer. we take a lot of care to hunt quality, our success rates and quality of deer taken reflect that.

this hunt will have lodging and food provided. be sure to also ask for references.

if you would like to talk more about a kansas hunt, please give me a call at 785-608-2507 or email me at vwmartin4@gmail.com.

yes, it would.

we are having a new web guy re-designing the website right now. we will have it back up hopefully by november.

i don't mind talking to everyone and filling them in myself anyways.

also, references from last year can give anyone who wants to ask, a real good idea of what the hunting is like and their opinion how hard we work for everyone.

thanks;
victor martin
