DIY hunts in southeast Kansas

I just leased a new 1300ac ranch and i going to do DIY hunts on it.This ranch has a cabin that sleeps 4 hunters. Bunkbeds,kitchen,bathroom.Nothing fancy just a hunting cabin.The land is full of timbered draws,funnels,creek bottoms.Everything hunters need and deer love.The hunts will be 6 full days of hunting with the lodging included.I'm not going to over hunt this land so there will be a week between hunts to rest the land.That way the deer will not be pressured and everyone gets good hunting.I'm thinking the dates will be.

Archery 6 days @ $1500 per person

Oct. 25-30
Nov.8-13
Nov.22-27

Rifle 6 days @ $1800 per person

Dec.1-6

Last i looked there were 177 UNIT 12 tags left for sale at KDWP.com
