I have limited openings in missouri and iowa.
In iowa, i have 4 openings left. I allow 10 guys per year to hunt on my ground all season. Hunts start 1250 for 5 days 1750 for 9 days and have a 500 trophy fee.. Buck must be min. 3 1/2 year old scoring 135". The farm is located in se iowa, van buren co. Zone 6. Between douds and keosauqua. Have 372 acres of prime deer hunting . Has been being managed for 10 years. Last 4 years by me. Have had 100% success at oppertunity and better that 75% kill w/ archery. Takes 3 to book ground to yourself and for singles, i can split the ground...
In mo. I have 4 openings left on my at home farm 429 acres . Am booked first 5 days of rifle and 2nd week of archery.i get 1000 for 5 day hunts and 1500 for 9 day hunts. No trophy fee. Buck must be min. 8 point scoring 120" early season hunts are 800 5 day. Have taken quite a few nice bucks off this property in the past 5 years. Took a real nice 14 point scoring 165 1/8 last year, and had saw some bigger..
I do have lodging available depending on where you hunt, and lodging prices are seperate. The 2 farms are about 30 miles apart. There is a 3 bdr house on the iowa farm if some guys draw iowa and some don't they can stay together and hunt different states. I have references and many pictures if needed.
