Also include acreage and the cost of the lease in a descriptive paragraph about the property in the message area. Include whether you are the land owner or have the rights to the property.

i am the land owner of 1000 acres in jefferson, texas- marion county that i would like to lease for the 2010/11 hunting season @ $3200, max guns 3..pine tree farm approx 8 years grown..existing blinds. all legal game under legal means ..camping/shack/cabin/rv-hook-ups/electric/water/etc..are available to you on the property.

There is simply no need to go too far out of your way, to find great hunting on this lease, but someone willing to pack their gear in a mile or more could really hit the jackpot! Cost $10,000. which is less than $1,700. per hunter per year! All legal animals year round. The main 6 hunters may bring kids under 16 for free provided that they hunt with an adult, and remain within normal speaking distance as the law requires. 2200 acres - dove, quail, white tail, mule deer, wild hogs, turkey, coyote, mountain lion.
- camp house (don't expect the hilton, but it is a sound structure) has beds to sleep six, kitchen, bath (with shower), living rm. Water is too hard to drink but fine for washing.
- hookups available to two camper trailers at camp.
- rough canyon country
- pretty much half way between Turkey and Estelline, then 10 miles off the highway (45 minutes to town no matter which town you go to i.e. Childress, Memphis, Turkey, Estelline, Matador).
- max 6 hunters (kids and friends can hunt but only on the tag of one of the main 6 and no more than 6 at any given time).
- only interested in people who are interested in being good stewards of the land.
- $13,200 (works out to $2200/ea for 6 hunters)
- You put your own group together so you control who you hunt with and I don't have to piece meal the deal.
