Family farm has an 80 acre tract open to bow and gun hunters. The majority of this tract is covered with a beautiful mature timber. A portion of the tract has CRP land grown up with native grasses. The remaining acres are farmland, which borders most of the timber. The timber 's terrain is rolling, with 2 small streams running through it. The timber also has a nice pond lying inside it. Basically this tract has all the ingredients that whitetail thrive on, which the heavy worn trails prove. This tract sits on the southwest corner of our 700 acre farm. Our farm is hunted only by a few family members, all who only take mature deer. This particular 80 acre tract has been hunted very lightly in the past, and some years not at all. There's been several large bucks taken from and around this particular farm. Any hunters luck enough to lease this tract would be setting themselves up for a chance at a great trophy buck that Illinois is famous for. TERMS: We would like to have a party of three bow hunters lease this 80 acres for 1 week.
We would like to have a party of 3 for shotgun season. Here's the real advantage to hunters that will gain this lease. We will only lease this piece one time for bow hunting and 1 time for shotgun hunting. In other words, if our terms are met some lucky hunters will have an exclusive lease on this tract. Another great advantage is the hunters on this exclusive lease can pick their week for bow hunting. Gun hunters will be able to select first or second season, only one will be hunted on this tract. If you've hunted as long as I have you know hunting without competition goes far in trophy success.

3 man exclusive bow hunt: (1 week) - $2,100.00 (you pick the week)
3 man exclusive shot gun hunt - $2,100.00 (you pick which season)
NOTE: Does may be taken and hunters may take any size of buck without penalty (must have legal tags per deer taken).
