At least 5 first time leases opening up this spring.

Hey everyone, I'm gonna have at least 5 leases come open around March/April. It's gonna be the first time these properties will be leased and they range from 100-375 acres. If your interested send me an email titled "spring leases" to swampdonkey1982@yahoo.com and when they open up I'll send you an email and let you know. Most of the leases will be located in Butler, Preble, Warren and Hamilton counties in Ohio. Thanks!

What are the price ranges of the 3 biggest leases? By biggest i mean most land?

You know I kind of work with the landowner on that. they will probably be around $3200-$3800.
