I have several openings left for a Western Kentucky Hunting Lease.
This is a QDMA Oriented Lease..You will have access to 1800 acres in Fertile Western Kentucky. Land consists of approx. 200 acres in cropland and 1600 in Hardwood Ridges/Hay/CRP Fields..Lots of Deer and Many Big Bucks on site.. 130-180 class residents.
Under 10+ Years of 8 points - 125" Gross Minimum.. This lease is limited to 6-8 individuals and is for the Entire Kentucky Deer Season.
Not just 4-5 days which is typical for most lease hunts. $1700 each hunter for the ENTIRE Kentucky Deer Season.

For 2009 this is a Newly Opened Lease... Its a great opportunity to have a large tract for long term hunting..The land has been managed for all type wildlife and it shows.
Two Tennets live on the only paved road ajoining the property and all other access is limited to cooperative landowners. The entire area has benefited from the QDM this land has been under for 10+ years.
Note:
I will also consider leasing to One Individual or even a Group. Although Strict Deer Management is a must .
This property has it all. Food, Water, Cover...The only thing left to grow more Huge Bucks is maintaining Low Pressure.
Soybeans are going in this week.. Should be a Great Year for seeing a Ton of Deer!

Just returned from the property..The soybeans are looking great!

This early in the year, I Got(3) 130"+ Bucks on video...Rain each night ended the viewing early..
Still have a few spots left....
Get in ona Great, Relaxing place to hunt!!!
