Oklahoma Quail & Pheasant Lease available

I need to lease out the quail & pheasant rights on my deer lease. It is 3500 acres in Beaver Co., Oklahoma, next to the Kansas line. Available to hunt starting the day after the last day of deer rifle season, which is in early Dec. 2009. till Feb. 15th 2010. The land is all together with no public roads through it. Just a few farm & oil lease roads. Spring water & water windmills located across property. This tract has low & high ground with some crp, sage brush, plum thickets & huntable grasses. There will be 15 plus deer feeders on the lease. I've seen a lot of birds while setting it up for deer. The lease comes with the use of a 4 bedroom fully furnished house for the season. If you lease the bird rights, it's your choice within reason how many gun/hunters are on your lease. You hunt & manage your birds the way you want.

Is this ground better quail or pheasant hunting? Can we put quail feeders or restoration hubs on this lease?

On a 2 day hunt, you should be able to limit out on both birds.I have 5 quail feeders for the lease. Will have more ready by mid-summer. You can add any hubs or feeders you like. There will be 10-15 deer feeders going & some creep & gravity feeders.
