Default Advice/Comments/Opinions on selling hunts on our PA property.

Hello Everyone,
We have around 600 acres of property in Central PA, and we have been putting a lot of time, money, and effort into planting food plots and managing the deer herd as best as we can. With prices of everything going up just about everyday, we are looking for a way to make a little extra money to put back towards our efforts. The one idea I had was to sell 1 or 2 archery hunts per year where we would have 2 or 3 people come in for a 3 day hunt. The hunt would take place on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and it would include all lodging, meals, snacks, drinks, etc. The idea would be for the hunters to get to camp Wednesday night, hunt the next 3 days, and then leave camp Sunday morning. This would not be a guaranteed hunt, but we would do our best to put the hunters in the best spot for a chance at being successful. We would also probably give a discount the following year for those that didn't connect. We are by no means a trophy hunting property, but each year we seem to be seeing bigger bucks. What I am looking for is everyone's opinions as to whether or not people would be interested in this, and what you would expect to pay this type of hunt. Also keep in mind that this would include 1 doe if you are able to secure a management unit 2G doe license, and it would also include Fall Turkey which we have in abundance throughout the property. While we want to make a little money to put towards the property, we also want to do this because we love hunting and we like to share our passion with others. I also love to cook, so cooking 3 meals a day will be fun for me. I appreciate any feedback you can give me, and you can also reach me at pinchyhuntingclub@gmail.com <mailtoinchyhuntingclub@gmail.com> if you would rather send a private reply to me. One more thing, we may do a trial run for this next fall where wewould invite 1 or 2 people to join us free of charge (except for maybea small daily charge to cover food expenses maybe $20 - $30 a day), so if you are interested in being our guinea pigs, please let me know. Thank you everyone for your time.
