I am Victor Martin with Woodland guides. we are an outfitter in kansas hunting in north central and western kansas for unit 1 whitetails and mule deer on 12,000 acres of family owned and operated hunting. also unit 8, 9, and 14 with over 3,000 acres of prime trophy whitetail hunting. we were full of hunters as we only allow a limited number of hunters hunt to keep our success rate high along with the racks, but with the newly aquired land we will comfortably fit 4 more hunters in unit 9 on the best hunting land i have ever seen. this morning we went in to scout the first time and saw 2 bucks over 160", one of those two is probably in the 170's, two other bucks around 140", and on our other land next to it we saw one other deer in the 160's, all in one morning. i will go back in 1 week to place stands, blinds and trail cameras. the land has 2 bean fields, 2 timbered cricks, 1 alfalfa field, and 1 corn field all on the property. there was so many deer funneling out of the land onto our other bean field that they ate normally chest high beans down to stems about knee high for an entire acre. from what our land owner has told us, the land has not been hunted in at least 15 years. i have attached photo's of the deer you will be hunting, on or around this land.
