Kansas rifle andbowwhitetail hunts.South central kansas hunting units 14 and 12 along the Fall river and bachelor creek. We hunt 5500 acres of contiguous land consisting of miles of wooded draws in flint hills to miles of large creek and river bottom. The cover is heavy. Good cover yeilds good deer in Kansas. We have a 2600 sq ft 4 bedroom house overlooking the river,with all of the modern amenities, from plasma tv for football games to archery range with treestands to shoot from out back. This is an amazing area of Kansas. All of our property is in greenwood county which is knownto be one of the top counties in Kansas for 150+ whitetails.

The shed was found on part of the ranch that has never been leased out in 15 years, and i have great neighbors that own large contigoustracts as well, which aremanaged . If youcome to Kansas dont limit yourself to small 160's and 320's when you can hunt several square miles, where the deer arenot picked off by neighbors. This part ofthe ranch3000 acres contiguous with several creeks and the fall river running through it. We will see some amazing deer on this property this year. We will only take 16 bow hunters and 8 gun hunters on the entire 5700 acres this year. by keeping bow hunter #'s high and guns low we will be able to control the age of the herd better for the years to come. My ultimate goal is to turn the ranch into an archery only operation. We have a 140 inch minimum.
