I have three seperate hunts available.
The first is a trophy hunt$7500/each - there are 4 available; the ranch is 10,000 acres high-fenced, intensively managed for the last 4 years andprotein fed year-round. The lodging is first class (extremely nice)with meals and guides provided. Typical trophy deer will score 150 b&c to 175 b&c, with possible deer in the 180's especially with the abundance of rainfall we are experiencing in south Texas. There will only be 5 trophy hunts sold on this property this year. Does are free, to assist in meeting management objectives; as well are hogs.
The second hunt is $3500/each - there are 4 available; the ranch is 2000 acres of low fence, surrounded by like minded larger ranches, intensively managed for the last 4 years and protein fed year-round. The lodging is first class (extremely nice)with meals and guides provided. Typical trophy deer will score 145 b&c - 160 b&c, once again the rainfall could push the inches by 10. There will only be 4 trophy hunts sold on this property this year. None have been sold in the last 4 years. Does are free, to assist in meeting management objectives; as well are hogs. As well this property offers turkey hunting.
