400+ acres in Morgan County for exclusive lease for deer and turkey.

Land is mostly cropland and CRP. It has three creeks.

The primary timber is about1/2 mile long and 50-200 yards wide. It is a good travel corridor between larger blocks of timber. There are several smaller patches of timber too.

The farm is available for a group of 4 hunters. Price is $10/acre. No interest in larger groups or outfitters.

Lots of places to hunt on this 400+ acre farm. You get it for archery and gun deer seasons.

Will open up another 300 acres (total 700+ acres) if a group is looking for a 7 day hunt.

7 days for $1000/hunter. All hunting DIY.

One group only will lease or hunt the farms this year so you will not have pressured deer.

I have a spot available for a camper with water and sewer hookup.

Guys, Arnie (LLBUX) was on my team in the bowhunting contest last year and we've become friends and have hunted together a little .He is good people and you won't find a more honest easy, to deal with guy.
