As long as you are not a member of the Bighorn Prostaff you can enter. In other words, Yes.

Help spread the word about this awesome chance to win a dream hunt. I've hunted this place, and it is incredible. You will see 100 deer a day, 20 to 50 will be bucks. This hunt will help raise much needed funds for our Youth Program. We offer it free for kids ages 8-16 , and one parent or guardian. One camp costs' us about $5000.00, so please help us preserve our heritage.
