400 acres of land for lease in Western Illinois. Lease is for deer and turkey. $10/acre is the price. No interest in leasing to an outfitter.

The farmis mostly cropland but has a lot of CRP, ponds and small woodlots. A creek and railroad tracks run through the property making for excellent travel corridors.

I havent seen the lease but It's in good deer country and I can certainly vouch for the man you'dbedealing with. Arnie is good people and you cant go wrong dealing with him! You'll absolutely get a square deal with no surprises.
