Montana Elk Hunt
I'm going on an elk hunt in Montana in November. I got most of the basic gear and clothing ready to go. Is there anything that would be recommended to pack for the hunt? It is going to be out of a lodge so I'm returning to the lodge every night.
Not being over confident but trying to be prepared.... I plan on taking 3 coolers to pack the meat and hide back to PA in. Will that be enough? should i have any taxidermy done there or bring back? Should I have meat processed there or try to bring it back in the coolers? I would like to hear any experiences that anyone has had....
